Yeah, I get this during prime times on Shattered Hand US pretty regularly. One time it probably took a good 20 minutes, but usually I just keep my guys running back and forth into the instance portal and it doesn't take more than a minute or two. It's pretty random though because you're fighting against anyone else who is trying to run into an instance and getting the message. It'd be nice if it would work queue-style as long as you stay near the instance portal or something, but it's not generally an issue

First time I saw this message was last night when I was chased by few Alliance characters in Barrens. I got this brilliant idea, lets hide in RFK! I jump in, get loading screen and then..... back again to the ANGRY Alliance waiting out side. As they were ripping me a new one I thought, wtf does Unable to launch additional instances. Please try again later mean!?!?!

Sigh. I really hope this gets addressed soon. On my realm (Shadowsong) it's getting worse all the time. Yesterday it took me almost an hour to zone into RFD...by which time it was too late for me to do a full run so I just ran the first boss and then logged out in the instance. I figure this way, even though I won't get rest XP, when I log back in tonight I should be standing at the entrance of a new instance.
Or maybe I'll be standing outside the instance with the message in the thread title already on the screen. GRRRR!

On another note, how many people were in the battlegroup(s) that were completely down for all of yesterday? I was. Ended up finally watching the Transformers 1 movie on my PC. Now I see what all the hype is about Megan Fox.
