That's amazing that you were able to beat that instance with only 3 characters. Nice job!
I went back in there last night myself and finally beat him using your suggestion of stacking. I was concerned using the stacking method because my main DPS is a Hunter, so without getting the range he would be useless except for his pet. Everything was going very well until about 20% when he iced my priest and my paladin and my Druid tank was low on health. My druid died and so did everyone else including the warlock pet and hunter pet. My Hunter finished him off with melee, but to be honest I thought it was a wipe at 1% when he keeled over. I guess it was the Warlock dots that finished him. I went on to beat the next boss pretty easily. Ingvar was going very well until about 50% of his second phase. I think I can get him. Thanks for the suggestion.

To be clear, I didnt clear the instance until I added my Shadow Priest (for a total of four characters). I found using a straight line stacking for Keleseth to be the most efficient. This allows me to simply back my tank up to get a hold of the frozen character. Prince will stand back and tee off on you while you're breaking the ice so you wont have to reposition him. GJ on the kill though.
Ingvar is a zerg fest on phase two. The damage from his spinning axes is an absolute pain in the ass, so over come him before those axes overcome your squishies.

Dont sweat the difficulty right now. It was near imposable for me till 75/76 and over geared before I was able to finish UK. That zone is exceptionally hard compared to outlands. I started with my paladin at just around 10k hp buffed and it was a disaster. Around 12k hp I was able to do the first boss. the second stopped me cold till I waltzed in 4 levels higher than them and 16k hp. Once you get geared up from quests etc, it gets a lot easier than running in at 70, fresh from outlands with only a few green updates from Lich King.

I don't know if I completely agree about out leveling/gearing the instance, sure it will get the job done but is easy fun? I started multiboxing for a challenge, not to zerg wtf pwn. I think its more over understanding that you have to adapt existing strategies to a more multiboxing friendly strategy. In example, on Prince Keleseth I will constantly have to toggle follow to face/target my ice tomb'ed character then reface to continue dps'ing the boss. To accomplish this quickly, Im using the straight line stacking I spoke about. This allows me to toggle the auto-follow macro (/assist focus /jamba-follow strobeonme all) and stack my tank on top of the frost tomb. This points my dps at the tomb and also targets it to allow the dps. After the tomb is broke, I can head back to Prince and drop follow when my slaves finish stacking.
On Ingvar, my Druid can heal through his Roar and I can time his Arcing Smash/Dark Smash to end up back in front of him before he attempts to reposition. I know after his Arcing Smash/Dark Smash he's going to do his roar, so as Im running out of the smash I target my group heal on the Druid knowing they will shortly need it.
Now for Nexus...

Out leveling and over gearing the instance for me was a byproduct of not being able to complete it to begin with. I moved on and continued to advance my group rather than to continually throw myself at the wall I was up against. That is where I was at when I went back to finish up that last quest objective before moving on.
But isn't out leveling and over gearing how this game progresses? Level/Gear till you can beat it, farm it, then move to the next wall.

just go to cac with your toons.. drop 4 magma totems (or 3 magma+ToW)
these totems are doing enough damage to kill the ice blocks along with the non-elite adds around the boss.. the next step is to DPS at maximum the boss and sometimes heal your tank a bit..
one of the easiest heroic boss
