I saw the whole youtube video and thought that this would be a good idea. I googled the topic and ran accross this forums.wow-europe.com so I don't think I wil lbe doing that any time soon. Best I will be doing is dragin my healer around not in group, which I understand but may be wrong is allowed, healing my other toons.
So it is NOT legal in an instance according to a blue post in the previous reply.

"Tag Leveling" as you have put it is something which players are allowed to do in the open world. However, circumventing the game's instance mechanics to gain large amounts of experience from dungeon NPCs is something which is strictly forbidden, and anyone found to have abused the mechanics of the game in this way can face action against their account, up to and including permanent account closure.

GM's do not look for this kind of activity, yes it boost XP majorly. The only reason Athene and his group were caught because it was a day after expansion and drawing massive attention.
Getting away with something against the rules is not really the point of this forum. It is in fact against the TOU and should be removed.Quote:

Why when people are joking around there are mods editing posts and locking threads but something like this is allowed to be discussed?
It helps if you report the thread. As hard as they work to keep these forums clean of anything that would be considered against the TOS, it is also up to the community to help in that manner by reporting said threads.
