Your stats are kind of sub-par given your level (no offense). The 29% score means that 70% of protection paladins have better stats than you do. Meeo* has a score of 71%. So he's got better stats, most likely from better gear. Maybe its better enchants?
Your health is definitely low. The average protection paladin has 23.2k HP, you have 20.3.

You probably fail to realize that Meeo also has a few pieces of HEROIC gear already and at least one Naxx piece..Quote:

Minor upgrades to gear, ie: by min/max'ing, enchant your gear even if it means going back to outlands enchants. Everything will help in the long run.
BTW: Powerscore that is a pimp site!
I get Eck to like 20k HP he goes beserk and kills me team in seconds....

Here are things to consider, solo play will assist you getting tank/main char you like better geared. I ran solo with my paladin for about a week or 2 with my guild so i can get better gear to come back and make it easier in heroics. Most of my gear on my guys are crafted/quested, i have had 1 good boe epic drop for my tank.Quote:

All my Shamans/Druids are in quest/1 badge peice/heroic gear, each only have 1 or 2 epics, but then again taking it slowly increasing gear, i ended last friday with my guys around 1100 dmg, now they are self buffing up to 1.7K now, thats with just minor time invested in grinding rep, and using whatever gear i can get my hands on.
I started doing Heroic UK first and farmed that for 3 or 4 days, then i started adding in Gundrak, even with my gear and my UI setup, i still have several deaths in Gundrak, but over time it has minimized from a wipe to 1 or 2 deaths. Just takes time, it will not come all at once. I found Gundrak way more complexe then UK, UI Interface and ?Keybind make a huge difference too. I wasnt able to do heroics til i adopted Fuzzy's post of ideas and it made my response and dmg output much more stable and controllable.

I do have a few upgrades to does...IE + 50 spellpower to all my weapons, the two Rev LW pieces on 3 of my shammies still. But seriously it can't be that big of a deal getting say another 100 SP on my shammies. I'm still in the same boat as I was before when I increased my Spellpower 200+ with all the Titansteel Guardians.

Also, even if you use the powerscore website, my tank is the only thing above 40%. both of my elemental shamans and boomkin sit around 37% and also my Resto shaman, the thing that keeps all my guys alive during these heroics is sitting at 22% per powerscore, even though powerscore and be very misleading sometimes, its information is very valuable in determining base target goals for stats and gear. With my current setup, similar to fuzzy's post, and the gear on all my guys i currently farm Heroics UK, Gundrak, and Drak'tharon. And i hope to be learning H Strat this week.
I looked at his post and although I use totally different buttons I pretty much have the exact same setup. Minor differences but the main things are there. I have my elemental shammies to almost 1500 self buffed before Totem of Wrath now.
I might try is cast sequence DPS macro out cause I had one and it was good, but I changed to /cast random, but I don't know if it really makes a difference. Guess I just gotta try it.
Cast sequence is shown to have a delay between casts - if you're using all 4 DPS as shamans its going to hurt you. I use a castrandom and it works perfect for me:

This works great and will only purge if theres something to actually purge (which if there is you almost always want it purged off anyway).
For bosses, I open with my tank then open my DPS with a special macro for just the start of the fight:
/castsequence Flame Shock,Lava Burst
Spam that until LvB casts and then just move to my castrandom. If I'm trying to conserve mana I have another key to just spam 4x LB over and over again.
