Well unless there really undergeared compared to the druid only other thing that would explain the huge difference is yer macro's
generally if yeh try to "keep similar casting times together like starfire with fireball and scorch with wrath" yeh end up with not such great cast sequences
yeh need to do something long the lines of
/castsequence scorch,scorch,fireball,fireball,fireball,fireball, fireball
