What i use on normal keyboard settings using wasd
is to use z x and c for left turn, backwards, right, broadcasted to all, while wasd is blacklisted
this way if i need to i can press z, to have all toons turn left ie. if a warrior or rogue dances around you
and i can also use x to back them all up, or break /follow

though my pvp experience on my druid four group is minimal so far, i'm finding my set up works great for turning and moving my alts independently from my current leader. when i switch leaders by selecting another wow instance, these controls still work fine.
i'm on keyclone and wasd are on no pass. my arrow keys are all keymapped such that for any but the current instance of wow, the arrow keys get passed with the addition of mods(all with shift as one of the mods). then on each instance, i have shift-left, shift-right, shift-up, and shift-down arrows all mapped to my turning and move forward and back. then, in my logitech mouse manager, i have mouse wheel left and right mapped to left and right arrow, and my sensitivity buttons mapped to up and down arrow. this lets me turn all but my current leader with my mouse's minor buttons and my leader with wasd.
this is very useful for my second mixed class team in pve as well, since my warrior does more running around stabbing faces while my ranged toons swivel like turrets. also handy for backing my huntress out of melee range when mobs get in her grille. as an aside, running a hunter and melee together is probably almost as challenging as two melee. in some situations worse since they have opposing needs when it comes to proper combat maneuvering. though, i'm guessing that when my warrior catches up in level and gets her first decent prot gear, that she'll be able to keep the mobs out of the hunter's hair. as it is now, my hunter does waaay too much dmg for that to be possible. even so, this combo would never work in pvp...unless i started controling my hunter with foot pedals like a true mboxing ninja.

To Ellay -- It appears your using a bar paging setup there, which I've honestly never even considered before, it could free up SO many keys on my keyboard if I could swap to something like that. Moreover get me away from constantly needing to use modifier keys which skarlot pointed out really cant be used in keyclone reliably. My question is what key do you use to change bars, and is it just passed to all alts? So you change to bar 2 on lead and all the alts do it as well? And do they ever "fall out of sync" so to speak to alt 2 is on bar 2 while the rest are on bar 1. Really a nice setup there, just having 1 bar would be pheomenal instead of my 4 differently bound bars.
To Scarlet -- I love octopus but I was forced back into keyclone in order to use its keymapping feature so I could setup a true leaderless setup, any chance that octopus might bring that in at some point? Octopus was so smooth and bug free, and its ability to pass modifiers reliably was such a breath of fresh air....
Also I wanted to say I use a Wolfking Warrior keyboard, its really a fantastic item for multiboxer's(its a hybrid, about the size of your palm, round design). I've seen the n52 as well and it looks very tempting but the Wolfking is small like the n52 but offers many more keys ( give up the directional keypad though ). Its only like 30 dollars for anyone looking for something with a few more keys on it, deffinately give it a look. I'm thinking about giving the n52 a shot but I'm kind of leery about being so limited key stroke wise, perhaps a bar paging setup would solve that though.
