And I can think of one member of this forum whose first reaction to seeing that link was "Damn! I wish I had bought another 75 computers so that article would have been about me! Then I could do my standard pose and preen schtick."
Evil of me to think that way I know.
Look on the bright side, they did the absolute minimum homework required to get the name right, so Bradster's not inhaling abuse anymore.
"and manages raids"
I wasn't aware that Prepared had raided with his full multiboxing setup. Am I completely out of the loop or is this a case of "creative news"?
Hogger raid maybe?Quote:

I hate people who call themselves journalists and don't actually do ANY research.
I mean, I went over and re-read Bradster's news post about Prepared and it's VERY clear that he's not even level capped yet -- and while he's considering raids it says nothing about actually doing or even attempting them.
I'm not belittling Prepared here -- leveling that many chars SHOULD take a long time and I'm looking forward to seeing what can be achieved in the endgame -- but poor news reporting leaves me disappointed. Particularly since people will believe it and potentially REFERENCE the false information -- spreading further miscommunication.
I for one despise our 2 mentally retarded posterchildren.
What blows my mind is Yahoo didn't even cite the source of the original story right... they cred Joystiq... who of course did a copy/paste of somewhere, but they don't cite where they got it either... they DO have a crapload of random links in the text one of which comes here...
Yahoo in fact doesn't even link dual-boxing, which frankly I'm happy for because I miss the site ;).
I never got any front page of Yahoo when I extensively theorycrafted 40 boxing :(
That's cause your all mine Xzin.. mmm pancakes!
