Ah, i thought they didnt like accounts in different names. Or is that just for transferring to another server/account?
Set it to redial and keep trying, im sure its no biggie and something that they can sort out quite easily for you.
If you try to transfer to another account, the names have to match - or else you get caught up in a web of calling and explaining the situation (usually results in a ban because it looks like you purchased the account). Sometimes, if the addresses have always been the same (on all of your accounts), you can get them to transfer the character.Quote:

Problem is stated so clearly in the e-mail and noone here seems to even see it.
The payment of your WoW bounced (you didn't have enough funds available on the CC or so) and thats why u now have a locked account, till u pay up its locked.
