Eh thats on my old computer, i only blue screen when i run 3 or more wows. And thats on XP. So right now i am thinking going with ddr3 1333 4gb and windows vista home premium 32 - bit, because sometimes i go back and play old games like starcraft and they say that doesnt like to work on a 64 - bit system. Anyone have a reason for me to do somthing else? Your help is most appreciated

64 bit has developped over time.
It's true at first it was very incompatible with many drivers, but I assure you, that's no reason anymore not to take 64-bit.
If you have relatively new hardware and latest drivers, 64-bit is fine.
