Thanks everyone! I was away a few days, my wife went into labor and now we have a new beautiful daughter. /cheer
As for the issue, I still have not found a fix. I don't think it is maximizer because it works the same way without going threw keyclone. I opened my box and made sure all my hardware was seated well, but still no fix.
So, I am still perplexed...

Do you have separate folders for each WOW you are running? i.e., multiple installs (you only have to folder copy, wow to wow1, wow2....etc). If not try that. I use separate folders for each account open. But it could just be your hard drive. They are usually the bottleneck. Cache size really matters here. One other thing; I got rid of my 7950s for an 8600. (I use the 8800 on my main). The 8600 is cheap, but it does perform much better then both my 7950s did in SLI. But my biggest improvement came from changing from a single drive into a RAID0.
