Step back, take a break and Be firm with sticking to that Goal, get out away from the Telly and the PC.
Had a blast tonight, got my final 2 shammies to 375 LW and made their Hurricane Boots...healed Gorefiend fight on my priest then half of Kara then as people had to leave for the night we had too many healers and I got to bring 3 of my shammies to Kara for Illhoof, Shade, Netherspite, Chess & Prince. I had a total blast and multibox raiding has got to be my favorite thing I've done so far now with multiboxing. Yeah Kara isn't new and I've done it so many times on my lock and priest but to do it on the shammies was a new and exciting aspect to it.
I personally started out with leveling my 4 shamans with the intention of using them in WotLK from the start (as in being able to progress in the normal curve).Quote:

However i ended up being 70 a week ago. It gave me 2 choices. Gear them up fully, or just leave them till WotLK and then progress normally learning instances, getting gear. (i got 4 other level 70 toons). I opted to take somewhat of a middleground. I do a bit of AV, i do some normal instances, i do a few daily's. I still need 10k gold more to buy them all epic flyers. So i grinded stratholm yesterday for a few hours. It was enjoyable :P
Anyways to get to what u said. Why not gear them through normal instances. Cause at this point of time it is pointless. for the same investment of time u can get shiny epics.
I personally am just chilling, and planning on getting my toons a netherdrake and a wintersaber mount before the expansion and try to get 1 of them a baron mount :)
lol indeed.Quote:

heres what works fine for me:
work 8 hours a day. arrive home and relax. turn the pc's on and have a laugh with friends on AV.
ahaha sometimes its priceless to 1-shot t6 and sunwell pro's
have fun and see the game as a hobby, not the center of ur world. if i spent 20hours playing wow like i played other games on high school, i would be tired as u are :P
Don't forget they will be releasing the 51 talent content patch soon. I'm pretty burned out right now, but when that patch arrives I'm going to be hyped to use and exploit the OPness of the new talents. Might want to think about waiting for that patch to destroy some heroics as well.
I was burned out when i solo leveled my first toon to 70. I couldnt get another toon past the teens. I tried ordering power leveling on new accounts and they got banned. I wanted more toons, but didnt want to grind.
Then I found boxing. I got my first team of 5 classes to the mid 20s, making it my second highest characters boxing or not. Then I got tired of the grind, and boosted (which is even more boring, but more predictable leveling times, and no fedex quests)
Then I was pretty content with my group, quested in outland for a few levels, and bam, RAF comes out. Now I absolutely LOVE leveling! I am having so much fun running around and doing quests. The triple exp is so much fun to do. I can go to a zone, grab a few quests, do em, and turn em in and ding, all in just what seems like a few minutes. I got my first team to 60, and am working on the second. I will be milking this until my RAF time is up, then hopefully the exp to get to 70 will be lowered, and I can continue my grind, alternating rested exp on all of my teams, and grind instances for rep/gear. I doubt I will be 70 on any of my teams before wrath comes out, so I wont bother grinding for specific gear at 70, just so i have decent stuff to make leveling a bit nicer. The grind to 80 shall be fun, with less chance of high level gankings, and even so, with 5 70+ toons, it wont be the type of annoyance it is at level 20 or so...
I can't wait for WotLK 10 man raids. I have 6 active accounts, so it wont be too many more people i will need to fill out 10 mans. Gonna be fun!
It doesn't make much sense to do anything at this point, unless you're really just having fun :D
I'm still farming badges for gear that will get replaced, Money that will get spent and re-earned 10 fold. Why? because it's fun. I'm not gonna be in any major raids, like EVER this xpac on my mains. I'm not leaving my guild to hop from raid guild to raid guild just so I can get purples and down bigger bosses with the help of 24 strangers. I spent most of BC just leveling up, my first 70 was almost a year after it's release, so even though he's geared, there really isn't much point to going beyond that.
What I will have come xpac time, 3 decently geared 70's I can zoom to 80 and get in endgame RIGHT AWAY. A few MB teams I can play and gear at 80 within a few months, after I get my mains squared away. And tons of alts I'm getting to 60-70's and leaving them ungeared the instant they hit 70 till they can take a boat ride.
WotLK will pretty much be the ONLY playground I will be playing in.
Ever done world-pvp in Outlands? Create a raid with some friends and randoms, it's awesome.
