looking for a gift for my wife!

hehe dont worry about ordinary gifts....have plenty ideas there.
just thought the key would be kinda special, thats why i asked here cause chances are people got multiples.

I think I'm going to do something similiar. Maybe buy her a chess board for Xmas and then give her two playing pieces a year (I'll paint I love you on the bottom to make it special or something). That will cover 17 years!!! BRILLIANT!!

haha :P The only thing is that at the end when the chess board is complete you'd better be damn sure to give her something big like a cruise or something. Otherwise she'll be like "IT TOOK YOU SEVENTEEN YEARS TO GIVE ME A CHESS BOARD!?" *slap*

What would be the cool part is that you buy the board and plastic pieces the first year (so you can play with something in the mean time), then give your pieces to replace the other ones. OMG if my wife did that i would love it. But each piece should at least be $50.
