level 68s can move to Northrend iirc. x32 you should be able to to kill stuff with ease. and will get those last 2 levels real quick if the xp gains are anything like when TBC launched. :-)Quote:

Let's see, the aches and pains have accumulated 32 level 61 shaman mains, 32 level 28 mage and priest alts, 9 level 80 pvp characters in Wrath of the Lich King beta, 2 level 2's on Warhammer Online and even got to listen to Leona Lewis on youtube... :thumbsup:Quote:

Where are you now? Level 22 on your 25 mains? :P
Actually I thought it was ok, unless if they do agro / attack the guards in darkshire, which is a pita tbh.Quote:

By the second Arcane Explosion, all of those mages would be dead and the shaman would still remain with about 3/4 health depending on the gear when it happened. Why? = Lightning Shield... ...Quote:

Not really sorry. The first mage would maybe die, but lightning shield does not proc off every attack, it has an internal cd, so the mages would be able to get off 3-4 more arc explosions before the second proc. And they would only die one at a time, depending on who has the first arc explosion.
We'll see when the time comes... Maybe it's an IF the time comes because I'm not aware of any multiboxxers on Aegwynn on the Alliance side. Besides, this will probably happen during the middle of a huge battle where many things are going on. I have a mage with me also and usually when another mage shows up on the opposite side, I immediately silence it and proceed with killing the healer if there is one and if not, the mage...Quote:

So if 5 mages show up, one of them gets a silence. Then if it's as you say, one of the others will die and I'll be doing quick heals and recasts of Lightning Shield :)
How do you plan on dealing with the infinite guard spawn? I have raided IF before and while I could kill the guards, they respawn and swarm you. Plus the players... tend to overrun you too. You have no time to regen or get mana... they just wear you down. Now 30+ players might be a different story but I would still want to consider the guard swarm and what you could do about it.
I've raided and held both Ironforge and Stormwind for greater than 15 minutes each. The guard swarm is very easily dealt with and only becomes an issue if you stay around the specific npc's that trigger the swarm...Quote:

In our case, we went into the auction house and held it for significant time.
We were able to stay in the ironforge auctionhouse for a fair amount of time, but we held Stormwind long enough that I'm pretty sure we could have stuck around indefinitely if we hadn't gotten a bit bored and started doing stupid shit...
http://www.botbh.com/zimg/BotBH_vs_Ironforge_TBC.wmv
The video for Stormwind I never posted because we held it much longer than Ironforge and it was somewhere in the 500mb range vs the 250mb of this one.
Alts have dinged to level 31.9, used recruit-a-friend bonus levels on 16 of the original accounts and got them to 60.9 and then walked them over to the Dark Portal because I don't have the gold to buy the mounts yet and by the time they got to Thrallmar, all of them had dinged to level 61!...
So as it stands now, I have 9 level 70's all different classes, 32 level 61 shamans and 16 level 61 mages and priests. When the Wrath of the Lich king is released, I'll have 36 level 55 Death Knights.
Then the fun in leveling up the shamans to 80...
36 Dks...lawl. hey, you could keep doing that scorpian-like (from mortal combat) spell that draws the player to you indefinately. Stop someone from doing an escort without killing them. Hmm, I also wonder if that move can be used to draw people out from near neutral town guards without guard aggro...
I GOT IT. This I would pay to see. Have A follow B follow C follow D etc. 36 times. Spread them 30 yards away by walking around in a long chain. Chain the scorpion pull on each one (just mash the keys so once they are in range, it triggers). Instantly, suck the player 360 yards in a single direction. Think Involuntary Zipline! If it does damage, would 36 be enough to kill the player? 360 yards is pretty darn far.... it would be 720 yards if the getoverhere move is 20 yards and not 10. Follow distance is what? 30?

You could have 2 lines of DKs and bounce him back in forth (Red Rover style), or I would personally put them in a giant circle and just have some poor sap get stuck in a never ending circle of Death...Knights.
It would take some pretty insane micro management, but you could probably drag someone as far as you wanted, provided you could get the first DKs in the chain to mount up and run to the back of the line.
The move has a 30 yard range by the way, (Death Grip) which makes for 1080 potential yards. With a 35 second cooldown, you could easily bounce anything around indefinitely. With 36 DKs, I see tons of uses in both PvE and PvP. It doesn't deal any damage though (Unless there's some kind of talent/inscription for it). Though you could probably combine it with some kind of instant cast as you were pulling the victim towards you and achieve the same effect.
lol this is excellent.
35s cooldown, and 36 deathnights, You can go on forever. This is too perfect to be true.
It wouldn't take any micro management and you don't even need this fancy conga line. Setup a cast sequence and run around spamming it every few seconds you can drag the character/mob anywhere you like ;)Quote:

I haven't leveled a DK yet, do they have a stun or root? If so even 5 boxing you could probably drag a single target around for quite awhile.
The latest news for me is that I'm working on leveling up my 32 warlocks to level 17. Once that happens, I will use the remaining 15 levels available from my 16 priests and mages that are level 32 on my recruit accounts to put 16 of the warlocks to level 32. Then I will have 32 level 32 warlocks, priests and mages to assist with planned attacks on the Alliance on Aegwynn. Should be ready with those granted levels tonight or tomorrow.
My shaman are still level 61. Do I raid? Technically, I do raid sometimes, but just not instances. I sometimes raid the Alliance with the shamans and level 70's. But that's usually with others when they are attacking the Alliance cities. For the most part, I'm working on leveling up all of my characters.
If you didn't know already, you made the front page of Yahoo.com

Yes, I saw the posts here about it and made my avatar the same page. :)Quote:

I got a private message from someone in Southern California about an interview. I can't find the message any more. Not sure if it's a glitch or that it was removed for being against some rule or something. Any way, I'm in Northern California in the San Francisco Bay Area. Probably about an hour from Sam in San Jose. Not sure that I'd want a journalist to come into my house with a camera man and video tape me playing the game though. It would be cool, but I'd have to clean up some of the area first. ^^
Yesterday, there were so many tells to me when I logged in as Prepared, it was unreal. Some hate, some love, some just gratz, etc.
Anyway, got a dentist appointment today. Then it's back to work on the characters...
Oh by the way, for those that don't know or wondering, I'm not fat or even over weight. I get a lot of that in the game about how much time I play, etc. I do probably play more than the average WoW player or even WoW boxer. But I also run occasionally. I have done a few marathons/half marathons and an Ironman Triathlon so I'm in fairly good shape.
Server blip meant we lost about 8 hours of posts / PMs. Check with Ellay but I don't think those are going to be recoverable.

You know, it just dawned on me. I forgot to answer the original question on this thread. It's me Ellay, I'm the 36 boxer. :D
Prepared of the Aegwynn realm. And after redoing all of my talents and fixing some of the macros after the patch along with getting my 2nd alts to level 17, I'm continuing with the Shamans onward to level 70! Should make it some where around the time the Wrath of the Lich King is released.
Oh hey!Quote:

i'm level 63 and just about to finish hellfire. levels 62-63 was very very quick.
I'm running 40 accounts now. Split out my 70 Warlock, 70 Paladin, and 2 61 mages to other accounts to make it an even 40. Alterac Valley here I come! Once I get them all to 70 :)
Good luck getting ALL of them in the queue :(
I am not going to say it is impossible - you might be able to convince the server to open an entirely new AV for you if you join all 40 at once and coordinate it with addons such that you can manage the queue.... I know they added join as group again to AV but still - I am not sure what your chances are of getting them all into the queue.
If you do however, just run straight to the end boss and kill him. Five minute AV's.
if blizz bans multiboxing
i dare say its going to be from all the QQ they recieve about prepared...
:P
I don't think they will ban it because of me. For the folllowing reasons...Quote:

1. They get a lot of money from players that multibox.
2. They get a lot exposure from all of the publicity on the Internet about me which equates to more money also. With the release of the Wrath of the Lich King expansion next month, the publicity they are getting from me will net them much more money.
3. Players can cry all the way about multiboxing, if in the end it is fair and Blizzard makes money on it, they will continue to allow it. True while some things change in the game because players cry about it, this is something that will mean a lot less money for them so it is different. How many players multibox? Take a guess... :)
a crapton more than 3 months ago, that's for sure.Quote:

Add one more to that number as of this afternoon
Normally that would put us up to a crapton + 1 BUT we were actually sitting right under the bar (see: Diagram a) so you've managed to boost us into the megahuge-crapton area :)Quote:

On the note of new boxers, i'll add that some actually stop boxing as well, for example me.
I've cancelled my extra accounts and now only play my main account with my wife. The toons in my sig are the ones i keep on the main account, all the others (team of shams, druids, pallies all 60/70) will stay cancelled until i decide to box again.
the 3.0.2 patch must suck if your server is recieving queue times with all the returning players :P
speaking of queue times.. You should definately post your first Battleground wait time once you achieve a mass queue :P
all the best of luck
<1 min...always :)
Aegwynn has less than 1 minute queue times for Alterac Valley every time on Horde side. It's usually about 2 or 3 seconds after joining the queue.Quote:

Can't wait to get my shamans in there. But it will take awhile to build their PvP equipment up. It's taking me awhile to get past level 61 lol. Still need gold plus I'm splitting out some more of the mages and level 70's to newly created accounts using recruit-a-friend of course. As of today, I'm at 44 accounts in total. Will send pics when I get it all organized. It's taking a few days for the transfer requests to go through.
Hmm,.... .... .... Samdeathknight paladin at level 20!
Sam, buddy, not leveling while you're on recruit-a-friend and you're going to fall so far behind when you lose 3 times experience that it will take you years to get any kind of ability to stop a level 70 or soon a level 80 from wiping you out. Right now a single level 70 player can wipe out your entire force! If I were you, I'd get to leveling instead of boasting.... Do what you want, just a suggestion mate!
For those that don't know, I play on the Aegwynn realm. :)
Hmm, also missing "Metric F***ton" on that scale, either above or below Over 9000.
Well what you say is so true, nonetheless, Im not wasting time on slow computers with lag and lost autofollow, addons that don't work, zombies to mess things up and server lag/downtime, patch fixes. This is not an optimal time to get anything done.
First I will finish my new computers (about 5 days), then redo the add ons (about 2 days) (moving to macaroon and jamba), then start playing hard core.
So what if I miss the RAF, I might just buy another 26 accounts... who knows?
Wow I'm surprised no one has done this yet (or I missed it).Quote:
