So I did my first day on the job.. Its 2-5 weeks training.. But all that I cared about today was that I get my own cubical! Yeah..! I am so happy.. I have always wanted one.. I turned in my grill, fryer, and heat lamps for a desk, chair, and 3 walls! YES! Can't wait to put multiboxing pics on my walls! Also this is my first job since I was 16 (now 25) where I get to sit and do my job! You are free my feet.. you are finally free! :D
dont worry... your cubicle shall become your adversary very shortly.

Now you must combat the gaining of 70 lb. that comes with it...
Not to mention the glaringly boring beige/gray colors most cubicles have...combined with piss-poor, mass-room lighting that blinds you eventually..coupled with tiny little woman chairs whose backs aren't meant to support a fullgrown man's back...oddly enough I wouldn't trade a job I can sit at a computer all day for the world ;p

2nd day was just as awesome.. Funny thing about this morning was.. My phone starts ringing... I first jump out of bed.. like who the hell is calling me this early.. look at the phone.. it says "Alarm"... Thought to myself.. why is my alarm going off? Ohh yeah I have a job now.. :rolleyes:

Depending on how many new people you meet in your cage a day, I’d be careful posting any pictures. I have an office; lots of students come see me for password resets. I once had something very small on my cork board on the overhang of this desk. Wasn’t even that big. The first day this guy with a nerdy lisp came in and saw it, then started asking me questions. I didn’t mention I multi-boxed didn’t want to risk my job over some nerd rage or something. But we started talking about wow. He spoke very loudly and with a lisp. People started looking at me, while he’s telling me about his mage.
Needless to say without anyone understanding what he is talking about I look like some of secret D&D master or something. After he left I took it down.
Never again.
I played it off that I tried some game for a day that he was really into and he started going on and on about it. I didn’t understand what he said myself (pretending).
Just saying it could happen to you!
