Where's the BS flag when you need it? Seems legit to me though, so I guess it's a tool you could use in a rare case. I wonder if they accused him of 'hacking'...

I don't think it's BS :) the idea is great, places the Batter off-balance so even if he noticed it early enough he would probably miss it half way or hit himself in the face :pinch:
If you look at the batter it sort of looks like he is laughing.
