ATI noob needs advice.
I have always been a nVidia person. So i purchased two 8800GT cards the other day to run sli on my new machine, i install them all and realize its a crossfire so my 8800gt's do not work as intended. so now I'm going to install those 8800gt's in my older pc and buy new radeon's to crossfire in a few weeks, so my question is. What ATI card would i be looking at??( something similar in price and spec of the 8800gt).
Cheers

Why not just swap out the mobo?

If my other PC was not SLI then i would do that, but as it is my 2 8800gt's will not really be going to waste. Plus the Asus rampage formula is wicked a. going to be selling my 8800gtx to a mate to fund my new radeons. Also ill have 2 awsome pc's to use for multiboxing and playing lan games against my nephews( they are 4 and 7 and love COD4.. my sister isnt happy at me about it)

lol...in that case, you'll probably want the HD48xx series, though I'm not big on ATI lately and can't tell you the finer points of the different models. You looked on Tom's Hardware yet to see what fits your pricerange versus performance relative to 8800GTs?
