Hey I'm new and I'm just trying to get this all setup for the firs time. I looked through the forums and tried to gather as much info as I could. Well I run MultiBox like it says, server and client, make sure it connects, it does. I run the client on the other pc, it connects, but it never does anything on the other PC. Sometimes if I disable broadcasting of the mouse my mouse will stop working but thats about it. Any help? Thanks.
You must run the Client on all PC's, and the Server on the PC of whom you want to share your keyboard and mouse. After everything is connected, you setup the options using the Server config setting (left click on the icon in your system tray).
yes, all the clients are running and connected. it doesnt broadcast or anything though. what do you mean by options? is that where you can change the hotkey for broadcasting and such? Sometimes when I disable broadcasting for keyboard/mouse it will turn off my own mouse/keyboard but the other PCs work fine.

Personal Firewall blocking it?
No firewall for me, but I am still having this same problem.
no firewalls, even windows firewall is disabled.
I tried forwarding the ports through my router, still no luck.
Try using the computer's IP addresses instead of the host names.
That resolved the problem for me.
Still having the same issues.
