Hello, i've been 3-boxing for a couple of days by now. I haven't made a quest yet since i started at Draenei and there place of leveling ain't killing x monsters quests.. So i wonder if it's possible that anyone could help me getting an Addon? macro that'll Loot for my other boxers so i don't have to open up the window and loot all the time to loot Items to Pick up quests.
There is no help on looting, getting quests (you can get with one alt and share though), interacting with NPC (quest), or touching objects. Blizzard isn't likely to help on that because that might make things too easy to automate. I use seperate computers, so it isn't so bad for me. You might check on seperate screens or at least have them 2-3 on the same screen so you don't have to go in the background to do things on other alts.
i see. well i am running 2-3 windows at a time, but it just takes a LONG time to loot each single corpes each time i'm going, ruining my Follow and everything that's abit anoying but since there's nothing to do i guess it's just about getting used to it
What I do is turn on free for all on loot. Then I turn off auto loot when I am looking for quest items. I loot with my main only until I find a quest item, then I reach over and use my alt to pick the item up. My main is the last person to get all the quest items, so I know I didn't miss any. Not sure if that helps.
