PVP Server Alliance going to Wailing Caverns in The Barrens

I'm in Deadmines now and am not liking it very much at all. I know Wailing Caverns I can easily and quickly get to this turtle in there and get 5 excellent blue shields. But I am not sure how difficult it would be getting there since this is pvp. I'm a total alliance and pvp noob. Just curious if it would be worth the trip. Any alliance ever do this?

I had the opposite problem. I know and love deadmines and I had to run to DM on my horde toons.
