This good for 5 boxing?

Hi I have a 4 year old pc and I am planning to buy new parts for it. So I was wondering will I be able to 5 box with these parts. These are the parts I am going to buy:

- Motherboard: Abit Intel IP35PRO P35 DDR2-1333 FSB1333

- Processor: Intel core2 QUAD Q9300 6MB S775 FSB1333

- Ram: 2 X DDR2 2GB PC2-6400 800MH

-graphic card: GF 9600 GT 650M 1GB

Will this be enough? You may suggest but I am probably going to stick to this. Some of my friends told me that should do it but I want to know it for sure. ;)

should be more than enough, just make sue you have a decent power supply also.
