2.4.3 PTR is open!

Just wanted to let everybody know that the 2.4.3 PTR is open(and has been for a couple of days)...There ARE premade characters. And they are equipped with FULL S3..

Just thought i should let everybody know, Test out different combinations of characters, etc etc.

Also, Forgot to mention, That the premade character copies are taking quite a while(Sometimes a couple of hours to a few days)..And occasionally the premade character copy button is greyed out due to so many people copying.
