Autocasting help

Hello,
I play WoW in a private server, and i raid as a moonkin dps.
So, since this it's a private server and it's pretty static, just stand still and spam Starfire, i want this to be made for me automatically.
I've been experiementing with

Some help and tips on how to make this work would be greatly appriciated.
