Im almost positive that you must still click the npc.
You have to click on the NPC.
actually... remember the autoloot for dualboxing that someone.. think Xzin figured out? It zooms completely in, filling the screen with the npc to loot it then right clicks all over the screen to try to loot it? Same thing could be used here IMO if someone is willing to try it..
