Dual Instance Issues with LOTRO

I copied my LOTRO directory to a different hard drive partition. I created a shortcut to each client on my desktop and opened them simultaneously. I then put in my account information for each account and then checked the "Enter last world played" box. I then hit login on both accounts simultaneously. One client will start up fine, the other will give an error message while trying to connect to the login server stating "connection failed: can't bind local socket. Is another client running?" I checked my firewall settings to make sure 2 ports were opened - one for each client. Other than that Im not sure what is wrong.
