Farm It

I've found the add on Farm It to be very useful to keeping track of my alt's drop quest items and skinning scraps while out and about. I can visually see how many of the items (that I've chosen to track) she has w/o having to click on her window and search her bags.

Why not just shift click the quest objectives?

Because you can't shift-click every quest and have it work -- the quest to energize crystals on IQD where you collect 4 mana remnants comes to mind.

I use Quest Helper. It gives GPS-like information with the shortest route for my quests and where to go first. It also shows what my team has/hasn't done, so I won't forget to pickup item X for character Z.

QuestHelper is invaluable but it still won't tell you how many Mana Remnants you have on your toons. ;)

Farm It is also nice for keeping track of leather that your alt is skinning, if your alt skins that is.
