I got lvl 50 after 2D /played (5D IRL) and desided to post a ss of my whole setupp, its not 100% finished:

You can turn off the thing on all the totems...

Interface Options - Names - uncheck "creations" on both friendly and enemy

Remove the Pause overlay, frees up so much lag.
