New to dual-boxing, and looking for some tips

First, let me say that I am new to all of this. I just started dual-boxing maybe about a month ago. I have figured out quite a lot by myself. There are a few things I am still learning.

I found this site, after I had seen a 5-box shammy in AV was just murdering people. It was pretty funny to watch, but I wanted to try it myself. Shaman was one class I had never really taking a liking to, but now that I am dual-boxing it.. I am having a great time! I ended up buying Keyclone, a damn good product if I may say, and started going off and on with dual-boxing. It hasn't been since recently, that I have really gotten into it.

Anyways, onto me looking for tips... Recently, I have been trying to do some battlegrounds. I have been finding them to be fun and a new challenge, but I am having trouble pretty much controlling my second character. I am looking for any tips that you all might have for controlling it to help me do better. I always have the second on follow, and I know that's probably a bad idea when I am attacking things. So please, any advice you can give would be great. :thumbsup:

Moving multiple toons is pretty much the most difficult obstacle facing anyone trying to simultaneously control them, so heavy use of /follow combined with another key bound to strafe (or backup etc) only on your alt will allow you to break follow on your 2nd toon to cast etc while still moving with your main, you'll find yourself beginning to be able to gauge /follow range (10-12yds?) very quickly.

Sounds like you pretty much have the gist of it though. One thing I like to do when leveling/instance grinding etc is to keep the fights mobile, move my toons as though I am PvPing and such (obviously not practical in all scenarios). If I don't do this I find that my reflexes/timing lapse into a PvE mode which is totally different than PvP.
