Dual Boxing Web Browsers

Hello, I have tried searching multiple sources but am struggling to find any information.

Is it possible to use programme such as ISboxer to broadcast to separate web browser instances?

Or better yet to broadcast to VMs in Hyper-V or Sandboxie?

I came across an old video showing off an Alpha feature in ISboxer 2, it was 4 years ago and the Alpha forums seem dead, does anyone know if ISBoxer 2 features are now in ISboxer? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivh12S8ZnMw

I have requested a free trial for ISboxer so can hopefully test myself soon, but wanted to see if anyone here had any experience with the above.
