Need help with d2r multiboxing

Hi all,

New in the forums. I've been dual boxing d2r for a while now and I want to increase it from 2 instances to 4. With my current setup computer freezes when I have 4 windows running without even getting into the game itself.

I understand my current cpu isn't meant for multiboxing, i3-9100f.

My current specs:

i3-9100f
MSI MS-7B61 (Z370)
32GB 1600mhz ram (2x16)
GTX 1080ti
m2 ssd (don't remember details)

As is I can run 2x d2r windows successfully. It's a bit laggy but playable. When monitoring the comp while running 2 windows I can see cpu is the bottleneck. It's always at or near 100%.

I wanted to ask if upgrading to i7-9700k cpu would allow me to run 4x d2r windows successfully?
