New to MultiBox, looking for mouse clicks?

Hi all, thanks for having me. I'm really looking forward to resolving this so here goes.

I want to use dual/multi-boxing on RuneScape 3 (not OSRS or a private server) and I believe the client runs on NXT but I'm not too sure.
Anyway, I'm really confused as to how I setup a new game as there aren't really any guides to setting this up other than this one here: https://www.sythe.org/threads/rs3-nx...xing-software/

I get several issues whilst trying to load this in ISboxer and Hotkeynet.
So, I'm looking to make my own script where it will open multiple instances of RuneScape, let's say 5 or 6, and it has one master account I can use to make the inputs like with my keyboard and a mouse and have that information sent across to the other accounts, similar to WoW but using mouse clicks as well. I think I understand how to add mouse keys in the script file but I don't know hot to add mouse clicks. Any help would really be amazing and I'd genuinely love the help.
