Is there an addon that allows you to automatically keybind a quest item and use it to a mouseover target?
EMA essentially does this. The Item use bar can be configured to have keybinds per slot and to automatically add quest items on to it. You still have to press they key to use the item in each window, but it does smooth out the process quite a bit.
