I'm pretty sure it's not possible, but is there a way to transfer classic toons between accounts? I have come back to single-box after a long break and want to pull my max level toons onto one account.

Its not currently possible in classic. Not sure if Blizz will change that in TBC. I don't know when that was initially allowed.
Maybe midway TBC.
At the start of TBC you can be 100% sure they are not gonna add it, because people would abuse the shit out of it with the level 58 boost (buy a bazillion accounts to boost a bazillion 58's for Tailoring/Alchemy CD's and then move them to the same accounts).
