It seems, the rshift modifier in macros is not working correctly currently, which leads to problems with FTL follow macros. For example. you have a typical isboxer follow macros made with FTL flags enabled, it will ignore your follow key on IS2, due to it being bound to rshift f11 on default.
I just hope Blizzard is fixing this soon. Or soonish, at least.
