Click to Move question

My team is
main character, BM Hunter
monk tank
1 resto druid
2 boomkins
I set up the monk tank melee with the custom ATG so he interacts with target but the healer and boomkins only assist and dont IWT. I understand that click to move allows this to happen to manage the monks melee but is there anyway to not have this make my prime character hunters click to move always on? I never play with click to move so I am confused as to why this is making my hunters click to move always on if it is only needed on the monk.
