Using multiple hotkeys for the same mapped key.

I have 2 DPS rotations and 1 Healing rotation.

One DPS rotation is on hotkey Q, the other DPS rotation is on hotkey E.

My healing rotation is on hotkey Q and E.

Healing rotation has 5 steps.
Step 1: heal party 1
Step 2: heal party 2
Step 3: heal party 3
etc.

Is it possible so when I trigger Q two times and then press E, my healing rotation will continue at step 3 instead of starting again from step 1?

Ultimately, it depends on how it's all tied in together, but... maybe.
