Classic wow WmmMP - M=60...

Been a LONG time since i posted on here last time i was running keyclone and stopped around WOTLK.

Been boxing classic since launch and after running holy trinity teams past BC i wanted a personal challenge. 4man team of MMLL hit 60 a while ago and was able to "solo" some dungeons whilst levelling.

Now comes the issue i would like some help with:

I have a wmmMp most of the team 32 with one M60. Now im running them as a holy trinity, however i have NEVER warriored before. I am learning along the way with a lot of help to start with from guildies, youtube and the conroc addon.

Th 60 mage is pom pyro to do some Bg's with the other half. I'm thinking of respeccing though to make the most of the team.

Running gnomer a few more times as i need one more head piece of final boss then it is off to SM.

Currently i get the warrior to charge in and rest of crew IWT follow. once there it is nova from all toons, flamestrike on all (@player macro used here) then arc explosion spam until dead.

Back in the day i ran Pal,Shamx4 so was very easy drop concecration, drop totems faceroll till bosses dead.

Now with the new team the 60mage pulls aggro after nova and i keep topped off with power word shield and heals from the priest.
Is this the best way to level the team and learn to prep for when i am doing higher level dungeons with the new team?

Also wondering if a respec of the 60 to a shatter build might make for faster kills at all?
