Addon for Enhanced Loot Sparkles?

Is there an Addon that amps up loot sparkles at all times?

I am commonly in situations where only one of the team can loot something, with the corpse sparkling only for them. (If it is possible to set free-for-all looting... teach me how, because so far I have failed.) Anyhow, I installed the Addon "AFK Fullscreen Warning" and when it is on the screen, the sparkles for lootable/quest items are enhanced to be much more visible. I'd like this on all of the time.

Between my Boomkins body-blocking corpses, and various effects now looking enough like loot sparkles so as to mask them, I need a little help seeing lootable bodies.
