Need advise on best spec

Hi all for various reasons I will be running the following teams. Its probably not the most optimized of teams. I plan on grinding in the open world. Im looking for the best high dps spec with little down time. I would greatly appreciate any advise. I have no idea which spec would deal the most damage.

Team 1:
Fury Warrior
Ret Paly
Combat Rogue
Shadow Priest
Fire Mage

Team 2:
Fury Warrior
Feral Druid
Enhancement Shaman
Destruction Warlock
Beastmaster Hunter
