Have they allowed heal spells in animal form as well?
Some spells, but not direct heal spells.
- Soothe, Remove Corruption, Moonfire, and Rebirth are no longer castable in Cat or Bear form by default.
- Feral Druids now have a passive ability learned at level 22 that allows Remove Corruption and Soothe to be cast in Cat Form.
- Guardian Druids now have a passive ability learned at level 10 that allows Soothe, Remove Corruption, Moonfire, and Rebirth to be cast in Bear Form.

I was hoping the forgot to add direct heal :p
Have you tried with your druids with regards to ironbark changes etc?
