CoH/CoV Problems

I've been playing with this on and off for a couple of weeks, today I had the time/energy to sit down and make a go of it, I'm running two CoH clients on two PCs. Right off the bat the whole thing setup instantly and ran immediately I had one small niggle which wasn't major so I ignored it. Then I went for lunch, came back and nothing works. AFAIK nothing had changed in the settings.

I have now changed multiple things on both client and server, but no matter what I do key broadcasting has stopped working, also the server either goes berserk the first time I use the mouse (mad spinning as seen in synergy/keyclone) or every time I press one mouse button my camera jumps either to the bottom (looking up) or to the top (looking down), either way its impossible to play.

Any ideas?

(Off to remove all the settings and start again, with luck that will work. :S

Okay I have tried this again. I removed all the settings, deleted config.xml and it worked again.

That was last night, played again this morning, and it again worked fine. Started again now and my main PC's view jumps when I push button5 (on mouse) and no keys are pssaed to the client.

Help please.
