How do I loot at the same time with my other accounts?

Target corpse, and interact with target on other characters. If using ISboxer this should be baked in and you just need to set a hotkey for it.

Say if I just wanted to multi-box in a very simple form. Is it possible with IsBoxer? I just want to do quests and gather herbs with like 2 or 3 accounts.

Would I need to make macros and binds and such?

No not really, I have it very simple. It works well for me.
