This team for MM+ and raids ?

I would like to have your opinions about this team for MM+ :

1 Dk blood, 3 Shamans Ele, 1 Warlock Demono

And for Raids :

5DK Blood, 3 Shamans Ele, 1 Druid and 1 Warlock

Do you think can be viable ? Thanks
