Can I swop 1 char from 1 account to the other ? all accs in my name my address all details identical on account info etc. pretty sure theres a small fee not too worried about that.

Yes. I've done it many times. Also, you can only move a given character between accounts every 90 days (I believe). The owner ID on both accounts must be identical. I have 3 accounts and the owner ID on one of them is different than my other two accounts (spec. It's my son's account who is in the service and no longer able to play WoW). So, even tho' I'm paying for all 3 accounts I can only transfer toons between the two accounts whose owner IDs are identical.

Go to "Manage Account" on the WoW website. Click on paid transfers and it's basically like a regular transfer except that you're transferring to a different account rather than to another server.
You also get the opportunity to move accounts and server in the same transaction (only pay once) - which is very useful if you have a few alts on different servers from your solo boxing daysQuote:
