Trouble renaming windows

I'm new to multiboxing and so far I've figured out that moving seems to be my biggest challenge so far, everything else is just an inconvenience. For instance, if i load wow with hotkeynet i have to manually rename the windows. Or i can manually load wow as admin and use a hotkeynet to rename wow windows. That just slows down my start and has nothing to do with actual gameplay.

What would cause this behavior? I read somewhere that running hotkeynet as admin by right clicking is the ticket, but that isn't the case for me. I'm on windows 10 and i have also tried disabling uac.
