2 boxing - optimal number of teams?

I have all the professions on my main account. I have 6 toons on my second account.

I have a hunter/tailor leveled to 110 on each account. I use that team for getting cloth.

Now I'm considering which toons to level next. I don't enjoy herbing or mining. So I'm wondering if there is any point in leveling up the other toons on my second account. They'll probably just go unused once leveled up.

I know most boxers have 5 or more toons per team but I'm interested in hearing ideas on how I might get some utility out of having more than one 2-toon team.
