Does the Garrison Enchanters Hut disenchant Legion gear? I am trying to see if I HAVE to leveling an enchanter yet or I can use my garrisons while I level my teams.
Then I guess, are the mats from disenchanting boe or can I mail them to my banker?

Unfortunately, no. You can't disenchant Legion gear, it gives a message something like "your Enchanting skill is not high enough". It works on all Draenor gear I've found though, and the mats are not BOP (unless there's some super-rare one I've not seen yet).Quote:

You can DE legion gear with a level 1 enchanter.
