Notes/thoughts:

• Throw Glaive as an add puller, and somewhat AOE, hence the sequence.
• Shears to build pain
• imm aura tends to explode as you pull mobs in with this, so they miss the first flash, cest la vie
• demon spikes can front load, and do stack. ie, you can get ~ 12 consequtive seconds of.
• Was planning on weaving in spikes and cleave so they spread out more; but this initial trial worked well enough in TJ
