ISBoxer works like a champ
Second vote for ISBoxer. It's pretty much the standard nowadays, so unless the specific game you wish to box happens to have issues with Innerspace it's most likely the way to go.
Hotkeynet is still a functional option for a lot of games, but does not compare in easy of use, richness of features or supprt/community.
Both Pwnboxer and Keyclone (as far as I know) are dead projects and not worth throwing money at in the hope that they might work. Octopus and/or Autohotkey plausibly still have some niche uses (although I can't think of one), but I would consider them only if you need to for some specific game, as they have 0 support from development or community.
