its a weekly quest, so you can do it up to two times per timewalking event if you do the first timewalking dungeon before the weekly reset

Blizzard said its one-time, sounds like a eu bug as we get timewalker before the weekey reset the us don't. getting the mount would be a lot easyer though 1k each timewalker.
