Mouse clicks not lining up

Hey all
I'm having trouble with HotKeyNet not clicking in the right spot on the second screen using PiP
Example; I click on action bar 1 and my second wow clicks on action bar 3. Or I click on social and the second screen clicks on the scroll chat down button.
The closer I get to the middle of the screen, the better it lines up, Clicking on the character info button actually clicks the same place on both screens.

Both screens are the same aspect ratio (1600x900 and 640x360)
